Well it would appear that I'm back after untold amounts of time absent. In recent news, I'm now a College Grad with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in General Business, working as a DevOps Engineer. Quite a while since I've really gotten into any serious art projects at all, most of it has been sketching on notebooks and just thinking of ideas in my spare time due to how busy I kept getting. Who knows what the future will hold in regards to art, but as soon as I can get a scanner back I'll start working comics again.
In other news I'm working on reinventing the backend of my portfolio in Rails. Working on coding a system for blogging, galleries, and some comic lightboxes as well as some other experiments that I've thought up throughout the years. Back to re-engineering everything again. The portfolio itself was rather heavily inspired by tron, and I was quite amused that CSS borders that are curved to different stroke widths dynamically fit together. Made that task quite a bit easier. Ah, and as far as rules of engagement, it took 4 hours and uses absolutely no images. The entire site is pure code, more of a challenge to myself to stop relying on photoshop for web design when it's not really all that needed.
